Ask for Matt Taylor- he is the best! Matt was very considerate, he asked questions, and was 2 steps ahead as far as what I needed. This was my 1st time ever at Von Maur and I will only do business with Matt moving forward. I wish I could afford him a my personal stylist.

I absolutely love Von Maur! Their products are amazing, their staff is top notch, and their gift wrapping is beautiful. Just bought a bunch of holiday decor and it is stunning! ❤️

When this Von Maur department store opened, I felt so happy to have one in the area rather than having to shop through the website. This store has two floors of upscale clothing, shoes, accessories, cosmetics, home decor, etcetera. I shop mostly for women's clothing here, and I like the variety of designer and name brands. But perhaps employees could interact with me more when I am browsing.

Lovely place to shop. Great gift wrap. Better deals than you might think. Bought $72 shoes marked down to $50 that rang up as $18.

Bought a birthday gift for my mother. I was impressed with the selection in the store and the atmosphere. The clerk was very nice and helpful. One feature is that they will gift wrap ( I believe) anything for free. If you’re looking for a special gift for a special someone, I would recommend this place

The store is very well kept, the merchandise is very well presented. I went in to get an outfit for my girlfriend for her birthday and Legacy picked out something she really liked. I then went to get it wrapped and Shelby did a very good job. Highly satisfied would definitely shop here again

Merchandise is part of Von Maur. It’s true of all retail stores, they have stuff. At Von Maur the employees are very good at conversation and sales. The store is clean and well decorated. Bathrooms are very nice and always clean. If you’re looking for good quality and excellent help this is a good place.

First, once they announced the opening date, they stuck to it. They are pros at opening stores. I came today, opening day on a Saturday. It was bustling with a DJ playing music with an upbeat tempo getting everybody in a good mood. Everything is clean, ready to show, and organized. Everything was in its place with price tags and product info.

I visit Von Maur at least 3 or 4 times per month. It is magical. Better than any other retailer in Pittsburgh. Their markdowns are off the charts! The salespeople are friendly and helpful. Every department is separately wonderful. You can shop for any occassion for everyone!! I love Von Maur!

Von Maur is amazing !! From the mind blowing shoe department to the free elegant gift wrap. It's all luxurious. Add the constant piano playing and you're shopping in another realm!
